This collection of articles presented to a reader is an attempt to move from the discussion on the cases of human rights violations committed by certain state structures, or on the activities of human rights organizations themselves, or on the problems of the modern Russian human rights community to the discussion of the very concept of human rights, taking into account the realities of the end of the second decade of the XXI century.
